Very pleased with the help i have received from Brandon and Darius. I was losing my mind and about to give up after frustratingly trying to get my world save on to the new server host. I eventually managed to do it but with lots of amazing help. I would still be stuck without them and I am extremely grateful for everything. (side note: the price of the server for what you get is less than half of what i had already paid for from a different server host. i am glad i decided to find somewhere else even though i had already paid for the previous server for the month but the change is more than worth it to me.)

I used this service from Indonesia to host a Discord bot, but unfortunately the server location is too far from my region. This resulted in higher latency and slower response times, which affected the bot’s performance, especially for real-time commands. The setup process was fairly straightforward, and the service itself worked as expected, but the distance to the server made it less ideal for my use case. For applications like Discord bots that rely on quick responses, server location plays a big role. In terms of uptime, there were occasional unexpected downtimes. However, I appreciate that the support team was quite responsive and helpful whenever issues occurred. It may still be a good option for users closer to their server regions, but for users in Indonesia, I recommend choosing a provider with servers in Asia for better performance.

Excellent and dedicated support. When my server couldn't be set up properly due to an outside issue the support had done everything within their power, and I mean everything. As much as they couldn't resolve the issue, due to a issue to do with the official game makers!! Not to do with an issue with the providers of WinterNode, they had still exhausted all options until they were 100% sure that it was not an issue they could resolve, and directed me to the correct resources to have my issue resolved. The game panel is also incredibly easy to use and has some lovely design. With server info and diagnostics for memory usage and CPU usage very well displayed and quite quick with updates. WinterNode is also incredibly affordable for a good server plan, especially for new server owners. As well as customizable with the pricing - being able to switch between levels of RAM available to buy ranging from 2GB to 25GB typically. WinterNode also provides a nice range of countries to select for their servers, including the United States, Australia, United Kingdom, Germany, Finland and France. WinterNode also provides services for premium-tier Discord Bots, VPS Hosting, Game hosting and Web Hosting. For game hosting, WinterNode provides game servers from commonly large games including Minecraft, Terraria, ARK : Survival Evolved, Palworld and Hytale. Alongside less typically provided games, like SCP : Secret Laboratory which is what I am personally hosting using WinterNode. In my opinion WinterNode has easily outpaced larger service providers like Shockbyte, Bisect and other large titles. I would like to finish this by shouting out Darius from the support team, thank you for using quite the abundance of options you had attempted on my server. As much as it was not resolved, that can not be blamed on you but on Northwood (The creators of SCP:SL) haha.

So many amazing things about WinterNode, First off the pricing is amazing I believe it’s the cheapest on the market and they hold up to the standards they say if I ask for 8gb of memory they gave me 8.2gb they are always making sure I get what I paid for! Next the best thing about it is there Quality of service and Friendliness!!! They respond in less then an hour and are willing to run you step by step and explain why they do the things the way they do it!! They are also really friendly probably the most friendly service I have ever had! I used a discord ticket and they got back to me within the hour! They helped solve problems and ran the extra mile to make sure it worked!!! Brandon helped me on discord that guy is so amazing kind and friendly Honesly you need to give him a raise!!! Best customer service ever!!!

the UI is easy to understand although there are times that the server can run slow but it's just a terraria game, we dont require lower pings so it did not matter that much

Support helped me get my Minecraft bedrock server up and running, and diagnosed the multiple issues that were preventing it from working. Staff was very patient and clear in their explanation of the issue, and what I needed to do to resolve it. They get five stars only because that’s the highest rating that is allowed.
