HostVenom LLC has been operating since 2012 and our team runs hostvenom.com and winternode.com. We are a growing Service Provider looking for individuals passionate about learning and dedicated to providing professional customer service! We are a fully remote organization with team members in multiple states and countries.

Qualifications

• You must be able to speak English fluently. Additional languages are a plus!
• Have knowledge of some of the services we offer: Dedicated Servers, Game Servers (Minecraft, Source), Virtual Private Servers, Web Hosting
• Experience with the resources/tools our team leverages is a plus: Crisp.Chat, Discord, Pterodactyl, Linux, Slack, TenantOS, WHMCS

What we are looking for:

Customer Support - You will assist our customers in addressing their concerns and issues via Discord, Live Chat and the client area using the greatest patience and care to ensure their success. In your downtime, you will get engaged in projects.

Developers - You will be responsible for adding to existing projects, or building new projects in support of both internal processes and customer facing applications. Our projects today include the following languages and experience with any of these is a plus: CSS, HTML, Javascript (TypeScript), NodeJS, PHP, Svelte

Marketing - You will be responsible for collaborating with the team to identify marketing opportunities, manage existing marketing campaigns, and promote our brands and product/services across various channels including Social Media, Discord, etc.
