Support helped me get my Minecraft bedrock server up and running, and diagnosed the multiple issues that were preventing it from working. Staff was very patient and clear in their explanation of the issue, and what I needed to do to resolve it. They get five stars only because that’s the highest rating that is allowed. If I could, they would get 10.

Absolutely amazing service truly, theres no real online support outside of some very good and depth guides but the discord server has very good response times and are incredibly helpful. Its all super beginner friendly, and allows you to do a fair bit with the server. Not to mention the price, most competitors for the same performance id be paying $40aud+ a month whereas Winter was charging only $27aud. Only cancelled my service due to not going ahead with a project with some people. 10/10 reccomend.

This is the best hosting service I've ever used, by far! The control panel is intuitive, File Transfer is a breeze and modded servers aren't an issue either. Server performance is great and the pricing is fair. I went with 8GB for a modded server and we're 4 people playing Vintage Story on it. At some point we've reached the limit of 50GB disk space. I'm not kidding, support took about 1 1/2 minutes to increase it to 100 for us, free of charge of course. Top tier support right there!

I have been hosting my lightly modded minecraft server for them for over two years, as well as running other modded server packs with them. Thought it was time to finally give them a review! I recommend this hosting for anyone who wants to be able to easily set up servers, while having full customization of the files. The support has always been helpful when needed as well, but I have rarely been needing them. The price isn't that bad either for what you get. So if you are looking for a server for 5-10 people then I highly recommend giving them a try.

Great! I was a bit skeptical at first because of the informations I had to fill in, but it was worth it. When I paid for the server, it didn't arrive the first 5 minutes: so I joined the Discord server and asked for support in the general chat. In less than a minute a guy from the support team told me the issue and fixed it really quick. I paid for a Brickadia server by the way. Consider using this for your servers :)

I have sporadically used different hosting sites over the years and Winternode is by far the best. I mean it. I am not a bot reviewer trying to up positivity I am literally a genuinely satisfied customer. I ran a vintage story server for 2 months with about 30 mods and 12gb's of ram and it was the most seamless server experience I have ever dealt with. I mean dude, they have server backups automatically configured that saved my life when an unfortunate interaction happened with a lightning enchantment and my whole base being set ablaze. (fun interaction with the mod but irrelevant for this review) if you need help with something? Join the Discord. The support you get from the Winternode team is incredible. I got help at 3am....I mean come on. Anyways, I know it may sound like I'm overhyping the whole ordeal, but Winternode genuinely deserves it. If you are considering which server host to use, I really hope you find my review and it convinces you to do business with Winternode. Server control panel is very easy to understand. The information Winternode provides as far as tutorials go on how to install things and what to do with files you see in front of you? Great. Pricing? The whole reason I picked Winternode in the first place was the fact that it was 20 dollars for 12gbs of ram. I dare you to find that anywhere.
