Vintage Story Enabling master server listing, also known as server advertising, on a Vintage Story server allows your server to show up in the publicly available multiplayer server list.
Step 1: Enable Server Advertising
To enable master server listing, you have to enable server advertising for the server. To do this, navigate to the Game Control Panel, access your server, then click Server Options. Once you’re on the Server Options page, find [SERVER] Advertise Server. Set the value to true.
Step 2: Contact WinterNode
In order for your server to be accessible in the server list, we have to enable outgoing IP for your server. This is done on our end, so you will need to reach out to the support team in our Discord server (fastest response) or billing area to have this done. Don’t worry - it only takes a few seconds to change it!
