Options Reference

[REQUIRED] Owner ID

Your RuneScape: Dragonwilds Player ID. This identifies you as the server owner and is required — the server will not start without it.

To find your Player ID, open RuneScape: Dragonwilds and scroll to the bottom of the Settings menu.

[SERVER] Server Name

The name of your server as it appears in the server browser. Maximum 32 characters. Defaults to A WinterNode Server.

[SERVER] Default World Name

The name of the world created when the server first launches. Maximum 20 characters. Defaults to My World.

[SERVER] World Password

An optional password players must enter to join the server. Maximum 64 characters. Leave empty for a public server.

[CONFIG] Admin Password

Players who enter this password in the in-game Server Management menu are granted admin privileges. A random password is generated by default — change it to something you’ll remember before sharing server access.

[CONFIG] Max Players

The maximum number of players allowed on the server at once. Accepts any value from 1 to 6. Defaults to 6.

[SYSTEM] Branch Name

Controls which game branch the server runs. Leave empty to use the default (stable) branch. Set to experimental to opt into the experimental branch. Changing the branch requires a server reinstall which can result in data loss.
