Your Server UUID is the unique identifier for your WinterNode server. Support and our Discord bot both use it to look up the right server, so you’ll be asked for it any time you open a ticket or request a backup.

There are two places to find it.

From the Server List

  1. Log in to the Game Control Panel
  2. Find your server in the list on the homepage
  3. The UUID is the 8-character string on the top-right of the server’s entry (for example, 46921aec)

The UUID of a server listed in the GCP Server List, located on the top right of the entry

From the Panel URL

  1. Click your server in the list to open it
  2. Look at your browser’s address bar
  3. The short ID after /server/ in the URL is your Server UUID

For example, in https://gcp.winternode.com/server/46921aec, the UUID is 46921aec. That short ID is the same value shown on the server list entry, and is what support will ask for. Pasting the full URL works fine too.
