If you want to run a different game on your WinterNode server, we can swap it for you free of charge. Just open a support ticket and we’ll set up the new game server.
How to Request a Swap
Contact us on Discord or submit a support ticket. Let us know which game you’d like to switch to.
Since all our game servers are priced at $1.99/GB, we’ll swap you to the same RAM allocation on the new game. If the new game requires more RAM than your current plan provides, you may need to upgrade your resources first.
Before You Switch
To back up your files:
- Use SFTP to download your server files
- Or compress and download via the File Manager
If you think you might return to the original game later, keep your backup stored somewhere safe.
After the Swap
We’ll set up a fresh server with your new game. It will be ready to start and configure just like a new service. Your billing, service ID, and panel access stay the same.
