Refunds

Your first purchase with WinterNode has a 48-hour refund window. If you are not satisfied, request the refund by opening a Billing Ticket within 48 hours of the purchase.

The limits, from our refund policy:

  • Only one 48-hour refund is approved per account. Purchases after your first are not refundable.
  • Cryptocurrency payments (for example Bitcoin) are excluded.
  • If a backup restoration request has been processed on your account, the service is no longer refund eligible.
  • The 2GB Gravel and 3GB Stone plans, Web Hosting, Dedicated Servers, VPS, and custom services are strictly non-refundable.
  • WinterNode account credit is non-refundable, and no refunds or credit are issued for premature cancellations.

If you just want to stop paying rather than get money back, see Cancel Your Service.
