If you want to move your server to a different datacenter, we can transfer it for you. Your files stay intact, but your IP address will change.

How to Request a Move
Contact us on Discord or submit a support ticket. Let us know which location you’d like to move to.
There’s no fee to transfer. If the new location has a pricing difference (LA, Miami, or Sydney), we’ll apply that to your billing going forward.
Most moves are completed in less than an hour, depending on server size.
What Changes
- IP address will change. Share the new address with your players.
- Subdomains pointing to your old IP will need to be updated in the Sub-domain Manager.
- Custom DNS records you’ve set up elsewhere will need to be updated to point to the new IP.
What Stays the Same
- All your server files, worlds, and configurations
- Your service plan and panel access
- Your Server UUID
